 ~MLP: Fighting is Magic: Tribute Edition~ 

Anyway, yeah. I didn't make an update on this journal for a long time already, but this awesome news compelled me to make one! A much favored and enjoyable game from the brony community that has been ceased and desisted from Hasbro themselves has been brought back to life. Some renegade developers, completely unaffiliated with Mane6, have continued on the development of the game and has released it's first fully compatible version to download from a google doc. With this version, the user will be able to play with the much anticipated characters Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, in addition to many fixed misc glitches and problems with the game. But that's not all, the user is also able to connect onto a server with another player to compete for the best. Best of all, the person can download it both on a Mac or PC! And they say that the 13th is an unlucky day. I knew the odds, and so I laughed at it. Haha. Anyway, I am here from the future, well not really, but it would be cool to be. Make this journal more interesting, but I digress. I want to commemorate the awesome deviant who gave me a one month deviantART, the one, the only, the awesome PonyTatsujin! Thank you, man. You are a saint and a scholar of mass proportions, and I mean that. Besides that, I will using and abusing the deviantART premium stuff that I have access to at the moment until I can't abuse it no more.  ~Mane6 Madness~

So I learned of this game from 2012, it's called MLP Fighting is Magic. It's a game that mixes the classic ideas of fighting games like Street Fighter or Marvel vs. Capcom while still keeping the characteristics of the mane six characters. I found the game entertaining because of the extremely ironic concept of the game: best friends fighting each other to kick-a$$ music. And yes, the music is pretty awesome. You might say it's 20% cooler than the original tracks of MLP FiM. Sadly, Hasbro sent them a seize and desist letter, so now the player can only play the early demo with only four of the six mane characters: Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle. If you'd like to play the game, click this link: MLP: Fighting is Magic. However, the main reason I wanted to talk about it is that the music is super addictive and that I'm currently drawing the four of the six that were drawn, so the homage to season four will have to wait. Hopefully, it will be worth the weight. On another note, did you know that season 5 of FiM is currently on production, as stated by Stephen Davis, here's the news article: Season 5 Confirmed. Besides that, I also want to quickly appoligize for putting the year 2013 on all the (That was entirely my own lack of attention).

 ~Now With 100% Color~

Yes, I have successfully learned how to vector pony-related art on Photoshop CS5; moreover, I will be able to vector anything, and I mean anything I want. Who knows, I might make my vectors in black and white to keep the tradition of my drawings. However, this does not mean that I will only make vectors of ponies now. They are much faster and cleaner to make, but I am still the best at traditional pencil and paper. But I might make it that I'll post extra vectors every once in awhile or I'll make a new date for vectors. I'll think about that, but for now, enjoy my soon to come vector of Twilight Sparkle! Two versions to come out, on the same day! Two for one, yay!!! That's all for tonight, so have fun, my little ponies!

 ~Paying Hasbro Homage~ 

From now on 'till the last episode from Season 4 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, I will be drawing one thing from that episode (Episode 1 & 2 will be considered one episode). The drawing will be focused on the mane character of that episode or the character that had the most memorable position in the episode. Thus, I will not be able to focus as well on the requests as I thought earlier. However, I am sure that you will all enjoy and like the drawings that I'll make. On another note, I have started on my 100th deviation special drawing that I believe will be better that any other pony-related drawing that I've drawn so far. That's all I'm gonna say though.  ~Now Accepting Requests~

I feel like I'm gonna regret this in the certain future, but what the hell! for the months of January to April, I will be accepting any requests that anypony has to send to me. First of all, ya'll need to know what the rules, well more like guidelines, to ask/submit a request (Remember, this is free! Absolutely no payment, at all!). Firstly, you must contact me via a note on deviantART, when you do this, you can either ask me immediately what to draw or you can ask me subtle-like. And by asking, I mean sending me a URL link to the picture, otherwise, it will make my job harder, and I'm a lazy, lazy guy, in all honesty. When your done with that, I'll  start, or try to start, on the picture. And to add to that, I can only accept pics of characters that I've  already drawn (e.g.: Twilight Sprinke, Luna, Sweetie Belle). Lastly, no OC's. At least, not now.Maybe in the middle of the year  (If I don't go to vacation with no internet connection compatibility). That's all, so knock yourselves out, by com-padres! 

 ~And A Happy New Year~

Hopefully everypony had a wonderful Christmas last year, but more importantly, a successful new year celebration. "Well, how was your's, Marston? If I may ask". Oh, it was wonderful. I was able to get rid of that atrocious year, 2013 and get a grand new 2014 for free! In all seriousness, I had a nice feast, had a steak or two and some lovely cider. Only to add some nice Californian Champagne right when the counter struck 12:00:00! I also went to Universal Studios Hollywood on the 31st, but it still upset me that they shut down the T2: 3D ride for Minion Mayhem. I wouldn't mind but  Terminator, as stated before, is my #1 movie i've ever watched. Knowing that it got replaced simply placed me in complete shock. But we must all look towards the future, for the better! Anyway, I had some fun here and there yesterday, which was actually just four hours ago, funny isn't  it? Any who, cheers to twenty-fourteen and the for the best of this year to come!
